However, some guests were not able to use the jacuzzi as it was out of commission during their visit. Nevertheless, the spa area itself was described as good, nice, little and even amazing by other guests. Clean facilities were as expected and some guests wished they received more information about the spa. One guest pointed out that they only received a towel instead of a robe when using the spa facilities, but overall, it's a great addition to the hotel.
