However, the weekend gym hours were not suitable for visitors wishing to make the most of their trip and some guests had to pay an extra charge for gym access. While some enjoyed the very good facilities and well-stocked gym, others were disappointed with the small pool and loud noises coming from the gym, both in the early morning and late at night. Despite this, many guests found the gym to be a brilliant addition to their stay and were happy to have access to great gym and pool facilities. However, there were some complaints about the communication regarding access times to the pool and gym and some guests felt that the rooms were claustrophobic and dark with noise from the gym waking them up early in the morning.
