The spa and gym are especially noteworthy: they're high-quality, clean and generally not too busy. The indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub are particularly popular, while the Olympic sized pool has also earned high marks. Unfortunately, a few reviewers noted that the pool, exercise room and spa all close at 6pm. Other downsides are pricey spa services that don't come with robes, a sauna that was out of commission and understaffing at the spa during busy periods. That said, even with those limitations, many visitors wish they could have spent more time at the spa - unfortunately, Covid restrictions and booking constraints made that impossible.
