Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed with the uninviting outside sauna/hot tub area and others felt the area could be more pleasing to the eye with more greenery/flowers. Overall, the spa facilities are greater than the sum of their parts with guests enjoying wonderful spa treatments and a relaxing spa break. However, some felt the swim facilities were a let down and needed more availability of spa treatments. Despite some shortcomings, the spa facilities were excellent for most visitors and combined with the great service of the staff, it was an enjoyable weekend w spa!
