The hotel is well-maintained and clean, offering pleasant and passable experiences to most guests. While a little pricey for some, others found the hotel to be worth the cost, seeing it as a very good option overall. One downside mentioned is the small size of some rooms, but nonetheless, they were found to be nice and kept clean. Some guests were disappointed in the breakfast, wishing it was better. One guest experienced poor customer service, but most others found the staff to be pleasant. Unfortunately, a few guests were extremely dissatisfied with their experience, citing the hotel as overpriced with horrible and bad service, vowing never to stay there again.
