The nearby Rasender Roland and bus stops, along with a supermarket and a small train station, add to the convenience, making it a top-choice destination for relaxation and exploration, particularly for retirees. Despite a minor challenge posed by the hill at Klünderberg, the location remains favorable for beach visits and city access through bike or public transport.
