Guests can unwind at the luxurious and relaxing spa or take a dip in the pool, which unfortunately is only for adults and for which guests are charged a fee. Although some guests were turned away due to its limited capacity, the spa service was great and some even rated the massages and cosmetic treatments as excellent. The only downside is that guests need to book in advance due to the small size of the facility and it can be frustrating to miss out on enjoying it after a day of city sightseeing. It is worth noting that children under a certain age are not allowed to use the swimming pool, which guests found disappointing. However, despite some service mishaps, the overall experience at the Grand Hotel Oslo spa was hyggelig (cozy and pleasant) and the spa area was pristine and modern.
