The beds are SO comfortable and the room service is fabulous. The staff was praised by guests for their professionalism and service with many staff members being polite, attentive and helpful. The butler services were fantastic and some specific staff members were highlighted for providing exceptional service. Although there were a few incidents with staff and slow service, the majority of staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor incidents, Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia is a great place for a vacation.

The Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Adults Only is a beautiful resort with new and spotless rooms. The beds are known to be SO comfortable and the room service is fabulous. Guests have complimented on how thoughtfully decorated and very clean the rooms are, which are also very large and comfortable. Ground floor pool suite rooms in building 2 are good with the Presidential Suite being very large and comfortable. Although there were a few incidents where guests were switched to different rooms, they have commended the hotel for their fast and efficient service. Some guests had ants in their rooms during their stay, but overall, the updated rooms are nice with beds that are firm yet comfortable. Despite some minor incidents, Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia is a great place for a vacation.
The staff at Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Adults Only was praised by guests for their professionalism and service. The butler services were fantastic and many staff members were polite, attentive and helpful. The majority of staff were friendly and accommodating, while some were described as amazing. However, a few guests mentioned issues with one member of staff and the front desk and reservations departments could use improvement. The laundry service lost some guests' items, but overall, the staff was lovely and wanted to help. There were a few instances of slow service and unfriendly staff, but tipping seemed to improve the situation. Abdullah, the Manager of the Hideaway Lounge and some specific staff members like Heidi, Sundall and Malcolm were highlighted for providing exceptional service. Despite some hiccups, the team at this stunning resort was amazing.
