The hotel does not have a restaurant, but guests can mirror their Android phone on the smart TV and there is a complimentary parking lot. However, the surrounding parking is scarce and mostly forbidden and the alternative parking lot has no elevator and is limited by night-time mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet is average and a bit overpriced at 15 €, but the hotel made up for it by providing a Grab-n-Go breakfast. Nevertheless, several guests received misleading information about the availability of breakfast and some had to pay for it despite the inclusive booking. Furthermore, the hotel only accepts card payments, so guests should keep that in mind. Overall, the Hey Lou Hotel Monheim am Rhein is highly recommended for business travelers, including women who come by car, as some found it to their liking and rebooked it for next year.
