They keep everything clean and tidy and are always ready to help. When you arrive, you'll be pleasantly greeted by every staff member, including Ms. Jessica who is simply awesome! But it's not just one person - the young ladies at the front desk were also absolutely wonderful. Everyone here has great customer service skills and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their work. The breakfast is really great here with tasty options and a friendly hostess who is right on it if something runs out. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its location and friendly, professional staff.

Kids especially loved swimming all afternoon until dark and the staff readily made accommodations for them. Plus, the pool area had lots of seating, providing a nice place to relax and soak up some sun. Even though the pool was small, many still found it wonderful and great. Breakfast by the pool is also a lovely experience. However, note that the pool area gives direct access to the parking lot. Although there was one comment that the pool was closed, it didn't take away from the many positive experiences guests had.

Speaking of accommodating, the hotel was able to accommodate both me and my family, which was great. The only downside was a group of teen softball players who were noisy at night, but other than that, we had a great stay!
