Guests of 'The Gables' were overall pleased with the breakfast options available, despite some restrictions due to Covid-19. The hotel offered a continental-style breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, pastries and cereal bars for guests to help themselves to, all included in the room charge. Some guests enjoyed taking their breakfast to their rooms or to the balcony, while others received a complimentary breakfast voucher for a local cafe. Although some were disappointed that there was no cooked breakfast available, the pick and mix style breakfast was praised as exceptional and a nice touch. While Covid-19 restrictions meant that breakfast couldn't be offered in some cases, guests appreciated the fruit and snacks available instead. Some guests were disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, but overall the breakfast options provided were well-received.
