The rooms are generally spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views and balconies overlooking the pools. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a great time. While some guests had issues with the limited dining options and room service, the hotel compensates with a grocery store and polite staff that ensure guests’ comfort. Families with children highly recommended the hotel for the exciting water park amenities, spacious accommodations and free shuttle service in golf carts. Overall, the hotel provides better service for the cost and is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with wonderful location and amenities.
