The staff, including the lovely owner and exceptional Frosso, are welcoming, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The comfortable and nice beds are complimented in several languages with some guests even mentioning sleeping as well as they would in their own beds at home. While some guests had issues with the WiFi and low water pressure in the shower, the overwhelming consensus is that Atelier is a clean, comfortable and highly recommended choice for travelers to Rethymnon.
