Guests found the pool area to be a wonderful oasis to relax in and the shared private pool rooms to be impeccable. The hotel pool was also super nice and absolutely amazing. However, some guests found the main pool to be too cold and recommended investing in some heating. Despite this, sitting by the pool was very relaxing. The pool suite with a private pool was highly recommended, but some guests noted a lack of sun umbrellas and fresh towels without asking. Nonetheless, the overall feedback was positive with the stunning pool landscape and top-notch in-room amenities making for a great stay. However, there were some comments about a limited number of sunbeds and parasols compared to the number of guests with guests having to reserve them early.
