The Beachside Resort & Residences offers a variety of rooms, from large and comfortable suites with private balconies and stunning gulf views, to smaller but nice and clean rooms. Guests praised the spaciousness and cleanliness of most rooms, especially the impressive Presidential Suite with a full kitchen, big dining room table and a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop with ocean views. However, some guests reported poor maintenance, dirty floors, broken fixtures and even a smaller room than expected for the same price. It's worth noting that some guests also mentioned issues with the cleanliness and functionality of certain amenities, such as coffee makers and showers. But overall, guests appreciated the modern and tasteful decor, comfortable bedding and ample space in most rooms. Plus, the hotel offers plenty of parking and activities on campus, although some guests did complain about the location of their room.
