This prime beachfront location ensures easy relaxation, while being within comfortable reach of local dining options. The resort's appealing setting is paired with an exceptional staff known for their friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.
The rooms are spacious and clean, frequently offering stunning views of the sea and pool. Despite some needing maintenance and updates, their cleanliness and convenient amenities like air conditioning provide a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the resort receives mixed reviews but is generally seen as a hearty and fresh start to the day, offering a variety of options in an appealing beachfront setting. Dining experiences at the resort are similar, with Khmer meals often praised for their quality, alongside the convenience of numerous local eateries nearby.
The resort's standout features include its well-maintained private beach and the lovely, albeit sometimes in need of minor maintenance, beachside pool. Guests appreciate the clean and inviting atmosphere of these areas, which contribute to a relaxing vacation. Families, particularly couples or those with young children, find the resort's accommodations and services satisfactory, albeit with the potential to better meet relaxation expectations.
While Wi-Fi connectivity can be unreliable in the bungalows and rooms, it is more dependable in common areas such as the lobby and restaurant. Some criticisms are noted regarding firmness issues with the beds, highlighting a preference for improved mattress options. Nonetheless, the Scarlet Sails Resort offers an enchanting beachfront retreat with a generally positive impression from guests, marked by its majestic location and the attentive care of its staff.
