Guests have raved about the excellent services provided by the spa staff, particularly the "most amazing massage" given by Francesca. The spa pool could be a bit warmer, but the outdoor hot tub is a great alternative. Unfortunately, some guests have reported issues with the pool and hot tub closing too early, so make sure to check the hours before booking your appointment. However, the sauna is always available for use (although be warned that the door may be open if it gets too hot!). The spa facilities are truly awesome, but do note that the swimming pool is quite small and may not meet everyone's expectations. Additionally, some guests have reported issues with the outside jacuzzi not working and the inside one being covered over, so this is worth confirming before you book. Despite these minor issues, the spa staff were very pleasant and made sure the spa was excellent. Overall, the location and spa are major pluses for Haven Hotel.
