The hotel has a modern and refined decoration that amazes visitors. Although a few guests have noted that the hotel was not as luxurious as they anticipated and it was more like a 4-star hotel. However, the vast majority appreciated the 5-star service provided by the staff who made their stay superbe, amazing and extremely recommended. The building itself is wonderful and the ambiance elegant. Guests paid the high price with no amenity and also with some anxiety as the hotel charged 300€ in cash at check-in. The spa massage wasn't up to par with the luxury expected, but overall, the Boscolo Nice Hotel & Spa remains a fantastic 5-star hotel worthy of a stay.
