The hotel is located near many great boutiques, bars and restaurants, but our room was very quiet. The famous Carousel Bar is a must-see, loved for its great music and lively atmosphere, but also known for being crowded. Despite this, guests have raved about the bar being one of the best right in the hotel. The décor is beautiful and the vibe is vibey. Some guests found it a little too easy to get inebriated, so be mindful of your alcohol intake. The nightlife in the adjacent street was also mentioned. However, some guests found the Carousel Bar difficult to enter, even as hotel guests. Regardless, the location and restaurants around the hotel are fabulous. One of the best things about this hotel is how close it is to Bourbon Street- walking there takes no time at all. Overall, guests loved the nightlife around the Hotel Monteleone and felt that it exceeded their expectations.
