While the pool facility is clean and well-maintained, its limited use hours can be a drawback. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the breakfast selection is small, which may not suit children. Some rooms may have issues with broken fridges, blocked bathtubs and non-functional toilets. However, housekeeping service needs improvement as some guests found dirty towels and outdated rooms, including trash left under furniture and dirty sheets on rollaway beds. Although the hallways smell like cigarette smoke and some guests complain about noise from other guests, overall, the hotel provides good value for money. However, some guests felt that they didn't get value due to poor experiences, including double charging by the hotel and issue with refunds.
