The staff, including the owners Jaqués and Celine, are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfortable and enjoyable stays. The pools—a heated outdoor pool, a children's pool and an infinity pool boasting panoramic views of the bay—are a highlight of the hotel and provide a wonderful experience for guests, though cleanliness may be an issue.
