Guests highly recommend the back massage and the overall Prima Spa experience. During spa tours, guests were able to observe hippos, crocodiles and birds on a river cruise with the friendly Captain Jo. The massage with a view is a must-do while staying at the resort. However, some guests found the organization at the spa to be a bit chaotic. Overall, guests were thrilled with their spa experiences and the breathtaking views.
