Guests have access to the spa, which is very beautiful and certainly adds value to your stay. The warm pool is perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day, making guests feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Room service is prompt and delivers excellent quality, whilst the shopping area is conveniently located right by the spa facilities. However, guests have mentioned that the spa hours aren't ideal, which could impact someone's schedule. Unfortunately, some negative feedback was noted by guests encountering poor service and uncomfortable experiences during the spa treatments. These instances were so unpleasant that it had a negative impact and marred the experience for some guests. Hence, it is not a spa that we would recommend or return to based on guest reviews. On the upside, guests mentioned that the gym is situated within the spa facilities, which could be a plus for some guests who appreciate the convenience of having both amenities together.
