The rooms are spacious and come with private Jacuzzis and hot tubs, which are located either on a covered terrace or outside with a great sea view. Guests have raved about the outdoor space, complimenting the cozy sofas and Jacuzzis that make them enjoy their stay even on rainy days. Some guests have even received a free upgrade to a Jacuzzi Villa, which added to the amazing experience. Although some guests have mentioned the non-heated Jacuzzi, which limited its use during low season, guests have been thrilled with the opportunity to bathe in the sea view bathtub on the terrace. Despite some comments about the room being a bit dark, the location and overall experience of Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc seem to have won over the majority of guests.
