While there was a minor issue with our room promises, the Albergo family-friendly environment made up for it. Our kids had a blast playing on the beach and we were able to mix business with pleasure. The staff went above and beyond to spoil our children, making the trip even more special. The only downside was the unexpected fee for unused public areas. However, overall we had a fantastic family vacation and would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach to all families looking for an unforgettable trip.
