If you're looking for a holistic wellbeing destination spa where you can be treated like royalty, Euphoria Retreat should be on your list! The staff, including the owner Marina, are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure you feel at home from the first moment. They are professional and friendly, always eager to please and ensure you have one of the best experiences of your life. The property is exceptionally laid out, complemented by the fantastic service provided by the whole staff. However, there were some issues with a lack of training for certain staff members, including the spa reception workers and an incident with a cleaning lady waking up guests one morning. Overall, though, the vast majority of guests praised the staff as being polite, friendly and attentive to their needs.
