The exceptional staff and comfortable beds make for a fantastic experience at this hotel. Although some guests found the bed a little too soft, overall, the beds were rated highly. The selection of pillow types added to the novelty of the accommodation. However, some guests did have issues with leaves throughout the beds or a noisy heating system making sleep impossible. Other than that, the beds were so comfortable that guests found it difficult to leave them, especially with the incredible breakfast waiting for them in the morning. Except for some uncomfortable couches and not-so-ideal eating arrangements, Lough Rynn Castle provides delightful and spacious bedrooms with very clean, huge beds that guests will love.

Superb service, courteous behavior and excellent customer service skills are other attributes of the staff and they are knowledgeable and efficient in carrying out their duties. The staff’s delicate attention and efforts are highly commended by guests, making their stay more welcome. Overall, the staff at Lough Rynn Castle are the highlight of the Hotel, making the stay epic and enjoyable.

The walled garden is very impressive and the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and naturally good to talk to, including the lovely reception and dining room staff. The hotel offers great facilities with spacious and comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant serving delicious breakfast and dinner with lovely Sunday lunch and breakfast choices. The bar food is also really good. However, some guests noted that the bathroom needs upgrading and the French toast lying in syrup was not nice. Overall, Lough Rynn Castle is a must-visit hotel and a little gem, providing an exceptional and comfortable stay that leaves guests wishing they could stay longer. It is a really high-class location that offers a 5-star experience, although some guests reported the food quality could be better. Nonetheless, this hotel is highly recommended and many guests stated they would revisit with friends.

The surroundings of nature trails, walled gardens and the castle itself are absolutely beautiful and provide a feeling of seclusion. The facilities are excellent and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, delivering an old-fashioned charm that perfectly fits the castle's surroundings. The castle's afternoon tea is a must-try and the favorite room is the one with the huge ornately carved fireplace. Guests can also take lovely walks around the grounds, which make them feel like they're living in two hundred years ago. In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, such as leaving a special congratulations note for guests celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary. All in all, the staff really was the best part of the experience, making Lough Rynn Castle a delightful and very romantic location.
