Bird Haven Guesthouse is a great choice for travelers seeking a memorable culinary experience. The full English breakfast is especially noteworthy with guests rating it as excellent, terrific, fabulous and delicious. The highland trout is also a must-try. The staff is described as exceptional with many mentioning the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by Lerato, Thandi, Thoka, Tumi and the rest of the team. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with some needing improvements in lighting and bathroom quality. However, the beds are comfortable and guests appreciate the electric blankets that keep them warm on chilly nights. The facilities and rooms are well-maintained and very neat. The wifi service is relatively good with occasional disconnections and slow speeds. Overall, Bird Haven Guesthouse offers a clean and welcoming stay with amazing staff and delicious food.
