While it has good bones and is very good value, it appears to be in need of refurbishment and an overhaul with some guests finding it disappointing and noting it has a damp smell odour. Many guests had issues with the key to the doors and noise levels from the pub and other guests. Its location in the middle of nowhere makes it a unique place for everyone to gather, but the cooked breakfast could do with improvement. The receptionist was noted to not wear a mask, which is particularly concerning during the pandemic. Some guests found it to be enjoyable and pleasantly memorable, while others won't be returning and suggest looking elsewhere next time.
