The only downside is that guests need to book in advance due to the small size of the facility and it can be frustrating to miss out on enjoying it after a day of city sightseeing. It is worth noting that children under a certain age are not allowed to use the swimming pool, which guests found disappointing. However, despite some service mishaps, the overall experience at the Grand Hotel Oslo spa was hyggelig (cozy and pleasant) and the spa area was pristine and modern.
