The wellness center and spa exceeded the expectations of many guests, satisfied with both the equipment and the attentive staff, including helpful and polite masseuses. However, a few guests expressed disappointment with the smaller, older indoor pool and spa facilities, or the cold water in the jacuzzi and pool. Despite some minor drawbacks, the resort's overall spa experience seems to be one of the highlights of any stay.
