The view is truly amazing and the location is unbeatable. The hotel is connected to the beach and guests can easily walk around the area. While some guests did note that there are stairs to reach the beach from the pool and the pathway to the beach can be steep and slippery, overall the location and the view make up for any minor inconveniences.

The beachfront "transit" rooms offer a breathtaking view of the beach. Despite the small size of the hotel beach which is located behind the overwater bungalows before the reef drop-off, it offers excellent snorkeling opportunities right from the beach. Guests can choose from plenty of umbrellas and beach areas. The snorkeling off the overwater bungalows is great, but the wind can be prohibitive at times. The private beach is very pleasant and accessible for snorkeling with a multitude of fish right at the bungalow's feet. The coral gardens and turtle sightings make for a great snorkeling experience. The facilities are clean and the water and beach are excellent, though the public beach of Tamae is preferred over the hotel beach by some. The only downside is that the beach on the lagoon side is not very beautiful. Nevertheless, our stay at Manava felt like a dream with its stunning scenery and great snorkeling spots.

Although the beach has coarse sand and sharp rocks, it remains great for snorkelling and swimming with easy access straight off the beach. The free kayaking and small huts make for an amazing beach experience. It's worth noting that water shoes are recommended due to the slippery shoreline. There are some downsides, as broken glass has been spotted on the beach and sea snakes occasionally seen on the hotel grass. Additionally, the beach here is not the best in the area and needs coral cleaned up a bit. Nevertheless with an adults-only pool area and the wheelchair-friendly access, The Warwick Fiji is a great location to enjoy a tropical getaway.
