While there were a few homeless people around, the lovely patio area, beautiful courtyard and proximity to the Keller Auditorium, which hosts fantastic shows, made it all worth it. The hotel also boasts a large game room, where even guests in their 60's could have a great time playing pool, shuffle board and Connect Four. Although the bar and restaurant aren't always open, they are decent spots to hang out when available. Additionally, the hotel is located near a variety of good restaurants, making it an ideal spot for travelers looking to experience Portland's nightlife.
