The beautiful and peaceful grounds are amazingly manicured, making it the best 5-star resort in the US for most. The top-of-the-line amenities and exceptional service elevate the level of luxury even further. Despite some guests reporting that the service was lacking, the property is exceptionally clean, beautiful, comfortable and safe. However, some guests noted that the 70-degree pool in January doesn't quite cut it for a 5-star resort. All in all, Ojai Valley Inn is an exceptional property that truly deserves its reputation as the epitome of luxury.
