The staff is friendly and helpful, they can even assist you in renting a vehicle if you need it. Although it's a rural location, transportation is relatively easy with a rental vehicle or ATV. The outside of the hotel is stunning, but the interior could benefit from a modern upgrade. Nonetheless, the facilities are solid and the room service was adequate. Some guests complained about the lack of hot water and that the kitchen was short on utensils.
