Whether it's the airport shuttle, the pool staff or the front desk lady, every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Check in and out went smoothly and the staff at all levels was excellent. All the employees were most helpful. Overall, we found the staff at Marriott Phoenix Airport to be outstandingly helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.
