While it's a bit out of the way from the city's attractions, it offers fantastic amenities that will make you forget all about the distance. The resort offers lovely facilities, including a golf course, but some guests didn't find it up to their standards. The only downside was that the parking lot didn't have enough spaces and some of the rooms had issues with noise and uncomfortable beds. Additionally, the wi-fi connection was poor and the outdated decor might be a turn-off for some. However, the staff was amicable and overall, the stay was pleasant with the exception of pushy salespeople trying to sell timeshare deals. If you're only interested in peace and quiet, Hilton Vacation Club Bent Creek Golf Village Gatlinburg is worth considering.
