Overall, Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar provides a wonderful property with exceptional amenities. While the parking fees are expensive, the separate resort fees and taxes can also be a bit steep. The regular TVs have limited channels and there is no option for smart TVs which may disappoint some guests. There is a bit of room for improvement in the lighting and the exterior of the hotel, which has been renovated but still needs attention. While some guests find the artwork to be odd, the hotel offers comfortable and satisfactory accommodations. Those who do not mind being a distance away from the main Don CeSar and limited facilities will find the high cost to be worth their stay at this property.
