Though the only downside seemed to be that the spa is outside the hotel building, requiring guests to access it through the exterior. Nevertheless, the spa is well worth the visit with incredible facilities including rooftop jacuzzis, heated indoor pools and a range of excellent services. There were a few issues with temperature control with guests noting that the indoor pool water wasn't quite warm enough and the Turkish bath wasn't functioning correctly. However, overall, guests highly recommend TUI Blue Gardens for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.

While the sauna and jacuzzi were unfortunately closed during some guests' stays, the friendly staff and exceptional therapists (such as the highly recommended Gisèle) more than made up for it. All in all, guests have nothing but positive things to say about the spa at Quinta da Casa Branca.
