The hotel is ideally situated near key amenities such as King Abdulaziz University, KAU Hospital and major shopping centers like Al Salam Mall and Suleimaniyah Mall. Its close proximity to the Haramain train station offers convenient travel options to Makkah and Madinah. Guests frequently commend the accessibility to a variety of services, including restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and even a nearby mosque.
The rooms at SUITS HOTEl are well-equipped and spacious, resembling small apartments complete with living rooms, kitchens and modern appliances such as washing machines and microwaves. Guests appreciate the clean, new and well-maintained furnishings, alongside the beautiful aesthetics and excellent views. The cooperative and hospitable staff, particularly at the reception, further enhance the guest experience by being polite and respectful.
Cleanliness at the hotel receives generally positive feedback. The daily cleaning routines ensure clean floors and linens and the quiet environment contributes to a peaceful and comfortable stay. However, there are reports of inconsistencies in cleanliness standards with some guests encountering issues such as unpleasant odors, dirty bathrooms and occasional pests.
The staff at SUITS HOTEl are frequently praised for their excellent service with particular mentions of specific employees providing exceptional hospitality. Guests appreciate the polite and sophisticated interactions from the reception team to the cleaning crew, although there are occasional critiques of unprofessional behavior from the evening staff.
Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel poses a challenge with numerous guests noting issues with instability and weak signals, particularly in the rooms. This can lead to slow browsing speeds and delays, affecting those who require a robust internet connection.
