The staff is one of the hotel's greatest assets with guests raving about the warm welcome they receive upon arrival and the helpfulness of the entire team throughout their stay. The spa area is also fantastic with several saunas, a steam bath, whirlpool and a swimming pool. Although some guests found the spa/pool area to be overcrowded with children, the indoor and outdoor pool looked impressive. Overall, Hotel Berghof - St Johann in Salzburg is definitely worth a visit for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff is super friendly, engaging and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The spa facilities are excellent with saunas, steam rooms and a stunning natural swimming pond, while the pool facilities include a natural outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a Naturbadeteich. While some guests felt the beds could be more comfortable, most found them to be comfortable with mattresses that were a little on the firmer side. Overall, Naturhotel Edelweiss Wagrain is highly recommended for those seeking a serene and comfortable retreat with indulgent relaxation.
