The Oceanic Inn offers a nostalgic charm with its older, rustic structure that sets it apart from the more modern establishments. Despite being in need of some repairs and updates, guests appreciate the character and eclectic decor of the rooms. Many reviewers consistently rate the property as good to very good with scores frequently ranging from 7 to 8 out of 10. The clean and comfortable bathrooms stand out positively, although other aspects of the accommodations, such as the room sizes and amenities, could be improved.
Although there are some issues like narrow stairs, older bedding and occasional odors, many visitors still find the overall experience satisfactory for a three-star location. The mix of character and affordability make it a fitting choice for those looking for a unique place to stay. Improvements to the facilities could elevate guest experiences, but for now, it remains a decent option for travelers who value charm over luxury.
