The location is great with a beautiful beach where guests can enjoy a lovely sunset in the evening. The food is of great quality and the hotel is extremely clean with towels changed every day. However, some guests have complained about the inadequate cleaning of their rooms, inferior hygiene materials and the indoor pool being dirty. Despite these isolated incidents, the overall cleanliness of Zafiro Rey Don Jaime is highly rated by its guests.
