The pool area provides a stunning view and many guests loved their Juliet balconies that overlooked the pool. The pool itself is excellent and while some guests unfortunately were denied access to it, those who could get in enjoyed it tremendously. The only downside seemed to be the charge of lounge chairs, which may not be everyone's preference. However, if you're willing to pay, you can enjoy a comfortable place to soak up the sun. With limited access to the pool, some guests appreciated being able to relax by the pool in the morning before starting their busy day. Overall, while there were a few hiccups with pool access, most guests seemed to enjoy the pool and found it to be a cool and refreshing place to unwind during their stay at Dream Downtown, by Hyatt.
