The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a personalized experience, even calling ahead of time to ensure everything is in order. While there were a few hiccups during check-in, the overall service provided by the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is truly an excellent choice for executives and business travel, but is also suitable for leisure trips. It's a modern hotel with great fitness and spa facilities and a prime location that's not far from the train station. Speaking of convenience, the WiFi is excellent, perfect for getting work done or streaming a movie after a long day of meetings. The only downside was an incomplete menu in the café/bar area, but that didn't detract much from the experience. All in all, the Atlantic Hotel in Münster is a fantastic option for both business and pleasure trips.
