However, guests noted that facilities weren't always readily available and that they had to kick up a fuss to use the outdoor pool. Some guests were disappointed that they couldn't spend more time in the gardens, which were overgrown and not well-maintained. Despite these issues, many guests still thought that the terrace restaurant and outdoor grounds of the hotel were lovely.
