Very Good

Location

When it comes to location, Florence has got it perfect! This hotel is right on the beach and you can even see and hear the waves crashing into the shore from your bed or balcony. Access to the beach couldn't be better; it's just a short walk away. What's more, the beach area is lovely and perfect for some relaxation. If you're looking for a quiet spot away from the noisy town areas, then Florence is perfect for you. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and you'll love being able to easily access the beach. All in all, Florence is the ideal choice if you're looking for a hotel with a great location.

Rooms

The Florence hotel in which we stayed was a wonderful choice located in a perfect area! Although some reviews we read prior to booking the room showed some concerns, our personal experience was overwhelmingly positive. The unit was clean and decorated in a very beachy style that fit the location perfectly. The balcony was definitely the highlight of the room with its exceptional view of the Gulf. The beds were comfortable and we especially enjoyed having our own kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Although some minor touch-ups will eventually be needed, overall the condo was spacious and the furniture was comfortable enough. It is important to note that the living area blinds were not in great shape, which made privacy and darkness a little difficult to achieve. However, the mold in ceiling corners and other signs of lack of maintenance were not evident to us. While the elevator could use a cleaning, the room itself was clean and the fridge, although showing a little wear and tear, still worked perfectly fine. We would definitely recommend the Florence and would revisit ourselves in the future!
