The Maxwell Mansion Hotel is a top-notch hotel with exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Devon, the front desk host, is particularly amazing and gives awesome tours of the hotel. The staff is well-trained and accommodating, making it the best place and staff ever according to some guests. Although some guests found the bar staff grumpy at night, the overwhelmingly friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it. The new ownership and their wonderful staff make for a perfect stay.
