Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' categoryIf you're looking for a hotel with a great location, Hilton Garden Inn Napa might not be the one for you as it can be somewhat difficult to find. The rooms could be uncomfortable as guests reported the bed and pillows not being the best. Despite having a whirlpool tub, it isn't any bigger than a regular tub just a little deeper with jets. Some guests had issues with noise as they were able to hear the TV in the next room. The price was also a concern for some guests as they felt that more economical hotels could offer more services. Technical difficulties and outdated rooms were reported. Unfortunately, some guests also had to deal with loud neighbors and marijuana smoking in the rooms. Guests also mentioned that breakfast wasn't included despite booking through booking.com's website. Additionally, guests had issues with the access card to rooms, which had to be replaced three times. Lastly, some guests also reported the hot tub spa being dirty.
