Quest Eight Mile Plains receives high praise for its outstanding location, offering easy access to major motorways, downtown Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Guests also appreciate the proximity to shopping and dining options, as well as its convenience for attending events and local attractions.
The hotel features modern, spacious rooms that are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Families find the two-bedroom apartments particularly accommodating with full kitchens, washers, dryers and air conditioning. The comfort of the rooms is enhanced by a variety of pillow options and very comfortable beds. Guests also appreciate the quiet, restful atmosphere, making this a suitable choice for extended stays.
Cleanliness is a standout aspect of Quest Eight Mile Plains with guests frequently noting the super clean, fresh accommodations. The property's overall neatness extends to on-site amenities, such as secure parking and additional comforts like complimentary Tim Tams and water in the rooms. Families also appreciate thoughtful extras like baby bathtubs, reinforcing the hotel's family-friendly reputation.
The staff at Quest Eight Mile Plains are frequently commended for their friendliness, helpfulness and professional service. Receptionists and housekeepers alike contribute significantly to the positive guest experience with many visitors praising their proactive efforts and warm greetings. The exceptional service from the staff often leaves guests looking forward to future stays.
Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, a few areas for improvement were noted. The free WiFi, although appreciated, could be more reliable and simpler to use, as some guests experienced connectivity issues. Additionally, the "first in, first served" parking policy occasionally led to inconveniences when spaces were full late at night. There were also minor grievances about bed comfort and cleanliness in a few isolated cases.
Overall, Quest Eight Mile Plains excels in providing clean, comfortable and modern accommodations with exceptional service, making it a highly recommended option for travelers in the Brisbane area.
